All pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for your item to be created before dispatch. Shipping is from Australia and available worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Please ensure your delivery address is correct—orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love your piece. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Please note: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Other Information
I am not responsible for lost or delayed parcels once they have been lodged with the carrier. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
